Me ayudaron muchísimo. No es que te ayuden a dormir, sino que te ayudan a no despertarte tanto por las noches y a dormir de una manera más profunda. He pasado de despertarme una vez cada hora a hacerlo una o ninguna vez.Otros productos relativos a la melatonina me provocaban sueños raros y este, de momento, ha sido el único que me ha permitido dormir sin preocupaciones.Además están buenísimas, que siempre es un plus.
