Work with us/ emails and documents sent to [email protected]: The data will be processed to manage participation in the corresponding personnel selection processes for our company and, if you give your consent, will be kept to inform you of upcoming selection processes of Osuna Sport SL and other group companies.

Data sent through the question form will be processed to publish your question and its answer. You will receive an email with the response provided. The data provided (name and email) will not be kept once your question has been answered. The name entered in the “name” field will be visible to other Website users as it will be published along with your question.

Blog: To send comments through the "write a comment" form and comment on posts on our blog, the user must provide the requested data as it is necessary for managing this. Your email address will not be published, but the name entered in the “name” field will be visible to other users. Data retention period

Data provided for purchases, including user registration, will be kept while the contractual/commercial relationship lasts, and thereafter for the legally established periods to resolve any liabilities arising from it. Payment and invoicing data will be kept according to the periods established in the applicable economic/accounting and tax regulations.

Data sent for participation in personnel selection processes will be kept until the selection procedure ends (including the trial period of the selected candidate), or if you authorize the retention of your data for future selection processes, until you withdraw consent for its processing. In cases where processing is based on consent (Newsletter, CV retention), data will be kept as long as you do not withdraw the consent given. In this case, data will be properly blocked during the time liabilities related to their processing may arise, in compliance with current regulations.

 

How to withdraw consent given for different processing/ unsubscribe from communications

Newsletter subscription/ sending promotional information: You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from the Newsletter through the link provided in each communication. You can also do so by sending an email with the subject “unsubscribe” from the email address you want to remove from our distribution list to [email protected]

In case of receiving  promotional information via SMS to stop receiving these communications by this means, reply to the message with the word STOP

CV retention If you accepted the retention of your CV for future selection processes, you can withdraw this consent by sending an email with the subject unsubscribe to [email protected], and we will contact you to manage the deletion of your data.

 

Data sharing

To fulfill the established relationship and indicated purposes, your data may be shared with certain companies such as financial entities, logistics providers, transport, technical services, etc., as well as in cases where sharing is legally required.
