Me van ideales estos viales de magnesio durante mis entrenos.Hago deportes de larga distancia y me conlleva un gran desgaste fisico,me los tomo sobretodo para evitar calambres y me funciona muy bien.La marca weider es de confianza y todo lo que he tomado de esa marca chapo.
