NutriMind by VitoBest: eight active ingredients in vegetable capsules
VitoBest brings together standardised plant extracts, two amino acids and a phospholipid in NutriMind, all in a single capsule. The formula doesn't rely on one standout ingredient. What defines it is the combination: plants with their stated percentage of active compound (centella, huperzia, ginkgo), a bacopa extract concentrated 10:1, and isolated actives such as phosphatidylserine and L-Tyrosine. The whole composition is expressed per 2 VegeCaps, so every figure can be read without any extra calculations.
- Food supplement in vegetable capsules (VegeCaps) made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
- Dry bacopa extract concentrated at a 10:1 ratio.
- Centella asiatica standardised to 3% triterpenes.
- Huperzia serrata with 0.2% huperzine A.
- Ginkgo biloba with 24% flavones and 6% lactones.
- DMAE provided as deanol bitartrate at 37%.
- L-Tyrosine, phosphatidylserine and N-Acetyl L-Cysteine complete the formula.
Composition per 2 VegeCaps
Below are the amounts of each active ingredient. Plant extracts show their concentration or standardised percentage, which is what allows one plant to be compared with another beyond just milligrams.
- Deanol bitartrate (37% dimethylaminoethanol, DMAE): 200 mg
- DMAE: 74 mg
- Dry bacopa herb extract (Bacopa monnieri) 10:1: 200 mg
- Dry centella (Centella asiatica) aerial parts and leaf extract, 3% triterpenes: 200 mg
- L-Tyrosine: 200 mg
- Dry huperzia (Huperzia serrata) aerial parts extract, 0.2% huperzine A: 150 mg
- Dry ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) leaf extract, 24% flavones, 6% lactones: 120 mg
- Phosphatidylserine: 100 mg
- N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC): 20 mg
Recommended daily dose
The reference daily intake is 2 VegeCaps, which is the amount the whole composition is calculated on. Swallow the capsules whole with water.
Frequently asked questions about NutriMind by VitoBest
What does it mean that the bacopa extract is 10:1?
It's the concentration ratio of the dry extract: ten parts of the plant are needed to obtain one part of extract. That's why the 200 mg of bacopa in the formula isn't the same as 200 mg of powdered herb.
What does it mean that the extracts are standardised?
It means the percentage of each plant's reference compound is declared. Here, centella is listed at 3% triterpenes, huperzia at 0.2% huperzine A, and ginkgo at 24% flavones and 6% lactones.
What's the relationship between deanol bitartrate and DMAE?
Deanol bitartrate is the form in which DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) is delivered. The 200 mg of deanol bitartrate contains 37% DMAE, which works out to 74 mg.
What are the capsules made from?
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a plant-based material. VitoBest calls these VegeCaps.
Which amino acids does the formula include?
L-Tyrosine, at 200 mg, and N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC), at 20 mg, which is the acetylated form of the amino acid cysteine.
What is the phosphatidylserine listed in the formula?
A phospholipid present in NutriMind by VitoBest at an amount of 100 mg, alongside the plant extracts and amino acids.
