Ingredients Whey protein concentrate (emulsifier: sunflower lecithin) (egg lysozyme), defatted alkalized cocoa powder (10–12% cocoa butter), flavorings (contains milk), thickener (guar gum E-412), sweeteners (sucralose E-955 and acesulfame K E-950), and a multienzyme complex (amylase, protease, lipase, lactase, and cellulase).

Directions for use Mix 30 g of product (1 90 ml scoop) with 250–300 ml of water or skimmed milk, depending on the desired consistency. Take once or twice a day, one of those times after training.
