He de ser de los pocos que prefiera el formato en tabletas, pues el formato en polvo viene tan cargado de edulcorante que me sienta fatal al estómago. La pega que tiene el producto es la cantidad de tabletas que se han de ingerir, resultando algo incómodo, por lo que deberían intentar hacer un producto más concentrado.

lo mejor para recuperacion uscular, prefiero estos aminoacidos ramificados con propirsion 8.1.1 con 8 veves mas leucina que valilnaa y isoleucina, se nota que para trabajos mas fuertes y mas prolongados, como por ejemplo rutas de bicis largas o carreras en montaña es mucho mas eficiente

los bcaas imprescindible en cualquier deportista ya sea serio o no lo recomiendo ya que sin duda es mas que importante para unas ganancias musculares y una mejor recuperacion y estoy contento con esta marca ya que veo que cada dia es mas seria y mejor

De los pocos BCAA con los que he notado cierta mejora en la recuperación, sobre todo. Mis entrenamiento suelen ser bastante intensos, teniendo días de doble sesión, por lo que estos BCAA me han venido muy bien para ser capaz de soportar el desgaste y estar preparada para la siguiente sesión.

I must be one of the few who prefers the tablet format, because the powder format is so loaded with sweetener that my stomach feels terrible. The downside of the product is the number of tablets to be ingested, which is somewhat uncomfortable, so they should try to make a more concentrated product.
