Big's Amino Dextrin Cycle is a product designed based on the prestigious Cluster Dextrin patent developed by the Japanese laboratories GLICO®. Cluster Dextrin is also known as HBCD or Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin or Cyclodextrins, which are a type of carbohydrate that, through the enzymatic degradation process of starch, generates a series of cyclic oligosaccharides, forming a set of glucose units with a thyroid-like structure.
