Siendo un ratio 4:1:1, el cual suele funcionar mejor ingiriéndolo intra-entreno según me he informado, el formato tabletas no me parece el más adecuado. En mi caso adquirí el producto en promoción y lo he estado utilizando post-entrenamiento y, aunque los resultados son bastante óptimos en cuanto a recuperación, considero que el formato polvo podría funcionar aún mejor para ingerirlo durante el entrenamiento.

estos ramificados los estoy tomando durante el entrenamiento y estoy notando un recuperacion inmediata y aparte de que noto tambien una energia extra noto alas pocas semanas que llevo con este producto una mejoria espectacular amix siemnpre haciendo biem las cosas

uno de los mejores ramificados del mercado que sin duda viniendo de la marca amix es logico que sean 100x100 calidad los recomiendo porque como bebida intra entreno va super bien de absorcion rapida y mejor tomarlos en tabletas mas practico que en polvo

Una calidad excepcional la de este producto, como prácticamente todo lo elaborado por Amix. Si algo bueno tiene este producto es que las tabletas resultan muy sencillas de ingerir, además de que la toma recomendada son simplemente dos, algo poco habitual en formato como este.

estoy tomando estos ramificados y aunque llevo pocas semanas pero me voy notando una mejoria a nivel muscular bastante bueno queria un ratio superior al que lleva pero en realidad me esta funcionando muy bien y desde luego que por supuesto me fio de amix

In meinem Fall habe ich das Werbeprodukt gekauft und benutze es nach dem Training und obwohl die Ergebnisse in Bezug auf die Regeneration ziemlich optimal sind, denke ich, dass das Pulverformat noch besser funktionieren könnte, um es während des Trainings aufzunehmen.

Being a 4: 1: 1 ratio, which tends to work better taking it intra-workout, as I have reported, the tablet format does not seem the most appropriate. In my case, I bought the promotional product and I have been using it post-training and, although the results are quite optimal in terms of recovery, I believe that the powder format could work even better to ingest it during training.

Essendo un rapporto 4:1:1, che tende a funzionare meglio se ingerito intra-workout, come mi è stato detto, il formato tablet non mi sembra il più appropriato. Nel mio caso ho acquistato il prodotto in promozione e lo sto utilizzando nel post allenamento e, sebbene i risultati siano abbastanza ottimali in termini di recupero, penso che il formato in polvere potrebbe funzionare ancora meglio per ingerirlo durante l'allenamento.
