Reco-Pro Protein is a powdered formula that combines protein, carbohydrates, creatine, amino acids, ground flaxseed, vitamin C, and minerals. It is intended for those looking for a practical option to supplement their diet around training, especially when a conventional protein product falls short due to its composition.

Composition

The base of Reco-Pro Protein is the Amix Reco-Pro protein complex, made with whey protein concentrate, CFM® isolate, whey protein hydrolysate, and amino acids derived from hydrolyzed beef protein. This combination is accompanied by various carbohydrate sources, a creatine matrix, and a selection of amino acids.

Protein complex: concentrated, isolated, and hydrolyzed whey proteins, together with amino acids derived from hydrolyzed beef protein.
Carbohydrate sources: waxy corn starch, corn maltodextrin, and isomaltulose.
Creatine Matrix 2:1:1: Kre-Alkalyn®, creatine monohydrate, and MagnaPower® creatine.
Amino acid matrices: BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio and a combination of micronized L-glutamine with L-glutamine alpha-ketoglutarate.
Values per 50 g: 192 kcal, 25 g of protein, 17.4 g of carbohydrates, 2.5 g of fat, and less than 0.25 g of salt.
Micronutrients: 45 mg of vitamin C, 180 mg of phosphorus, 75 mg of calcium, and 40 mg of magnesium per serving.

How should Reco-Pro Protein be taken?

Mix 50 g, equivalent to 2 scoops, with 300 ml of water or skimmed milk.
Shake in a manual or electric shaker for approximately 30 seconds.
It can be used after training or at another time of day when it is convenient to supplement protein and carbohydrate intake.
