Nunca había probado el HMB, pero tenía buenas referencias de este suplemento y, qué mejor manera de probar el producto que el elaborado por Amix. Para no extenderme, no recomendaría este producto ya que, a mi modo de ver, ha sido tirar el dinero porque no he notado absolutamente nada después de dos meses. Pero, como siempre, es cuestión de la persona también.

Recomiendo 100% este producto. Lo he estado tomando durante un periodo en el que sufri una lesion, ya que lei que ayudaba a preservar la masa muscular. He notado que pese a una ligera perdida de tono muscular me he mantenido muy bien. evidentemente con buena alimentación.

Me recomendaron este producto de cara a potenciar la recuperación y la fuerza y, aunque era escéptico, he de decir que me está funcionando muy bien, notando un pequeño aumento en cuanto a pesos a mover en el gimnasio y más recuperado entre los entrenamientos.

Ich hatte HMB noch nie ausprobiert, hatte aber gute Hinweise auf diese Ergänzung und wie könnte man das Produkt besser testen als das von Amix. Um mich nicht zu verlängern, würde ich dieses Produkt nicht empfehlen, da es aus meiner Sicht Geldverschwendung war, da ich nach zwei Monaten überhaupt nichts mehr bemerkt habe. Aber wie immer ist es auch eine Frage der Person.

I had never tried HMB, but had good references to this supplement and what better way to test the product than the one made by Amix. In order not to extend myself, I would not recommend this product since, in my view, it has been a waste of money because I have not noticed anything at all after two months. But, as always, it is a question of the person as well.
