Suelo comprar este producto de cara a la fase de volumen, donde el incremento de calorías y volumen de comida es bastante notorio en las digestiones. Gracias a este producto mis digestiones son más livianas y me ocasionan menos molestias. No diría que es sobresaliente, pero sí muy notable.

I usually buy this product for the volume phase, where the increase in calories and food volume is quite noticeable in digestions. Thanks to this product my digestions are lighter and they cause me less discomfort. I would not say that it is outstanding, but it is very remarkable.
