Un muy buen suplemento para poder rendir más en el entrenamiento, retrasando la aparición de fatiga y la sensación de quemazón muscular. Suelo combinarlo con la citrulina, también en pastillas, de Amix, formando un combo que a mí, personalmente, me parece básico y efectivo.
