    BCAA 5000 contains the branched-chain amino acids of leucine, isoleucine and valine and they are essential amino acids that cannot be synthesized by the organism and must be contributed by means of the feeding.

    Amino acids BCAA are essential for the growth and the muscular recovery, they reduce the fatigue working on the central nervous system, and stimulate the insulin production which aids to transport glucose and amino acids to the interior of the cells achieving therefore an important anabolic action.

     

    Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 10 grams right after training. The days of nontraining take 5 grams on an empty stomach.

    Very good branched amino acids. I always like to buy products from the vito best brand for their quality and these amino acids are usually part of my usual supplementation, they are noticeable in the recovery after an intense training session. They are also raw material ajinomoto.

    The neutral ones taste very unpleasant, I added envelopes of Boleros to be able to take it since the taste of the amino acids are very bitter, good ratio and quality of the brand, but I recommend it with flavor or in tablets since it cost me a lot to finish.

    Although it is true that the quality of these BCAAs is really good, like all the products that Vitobest makes, the big problem is the taste. They are really difficult to ingest if it is not sweetened with some type of flavoring or mixed with some other product.
