    En Vitamina B12 de Smart aparece en "más información" que contiene 1000 microgramos por tableta, que más o menos es lo habitual en estos casos. Sin embargo, en información nutricional dice que cada tableta contiene sólo 0,1 microgramo, un 4% de lo recomendado. ¿Podrían decirme a qué atenerme? Mucha gracias.

    Entonces sería... Animal Pak por la mañana Vitamina B12 en el preentreno ¿1 comprimido? Tendría cabida aqui tambien el B complex de la misma marca que tiene otros tipos de vitaminas B?

    Hola. Lo importante es separar el Animal PAk de las demás tomas, para no crear un exceso, que no seria absorbido, no se cual es tu pretensión a la hora de incrementar tanto las vitaminas del grupo B, solo te diré que son vitaminas hidrosolubles que no entraña riesgos potenciales ya que el cuerpo las excreta rápidamente, aun así, no te beneficiaras mucho por tomar mega dosis de vitaminas, teniendo en cuenta que ya el Animal Pak es alto en dosis.     Es adecuado combinar con el complejo B de la misma marca (esto por la mañana) + animal pak por la tarde (en el preentreno) Saludos.

    Hola, en todo caso seria preferible tomar junto con el desayuno el Animal PAk y en comidas posteriores la B12. Un saludo.
