Hola,recientemente he comprado el Tribulus 90,y quería saber como se toma,si abriendo la capsula azul,y diluir los polvos,que por si no tiene un sabor muy fuerte y algo malo para mi, o la capsula sin abrirla? Un saludo

Buenos dias , puedes hacer la toma antes de dormir o en ayunas , la forma de tomarlo lo puedes abrir pero esta un poco malo , lo suyo seria la capsula entera y te la tragas. un saludo.

Hola,soy un compañero de Raul, puede tomar tribulus sin problema durante unos 2 o 3 meses y luego siempre lo mejor es descansar para que el cuerpo no se habitué a ellos y limpiar receptores, con un mes de descanso y luego si quiere volver a empezar. Un saludo
