Hola buenas! Queria saber si este suplemento se puede tomar por las mañanas junto con maca y si puedo tomar por las noches una capsula de l-arginina.

Por supuesto, puedes tomar el suplemento R-ALA por la mañana junto con maca. Para la noche, lo recomendable es tomar 5 gramos de arginina antes de dormir.

Porque en la portada aparece como la versión R-Ala? Si luego no es la versión R es un ala normal

Buenas Javier. R-ALA es el nombre químico de este producto y hace alusión a su forma química en el contexto natural, es decir, que proviene de una planta y no es creado en un laboratorio de forma sintética. Si luego observas que solo pone ALA es porque realmente es el producto que vas a tomar, lo otro es solo una nomenclatura. Un saludo!
