Hola son proteína muy parecidas la única gran diferencia es que la roja trae enzimas digestivas, sobre todo para gente que le de mal estar la proteína whey con eso no le debería ocasionar problemas.
Tanto una como la otra son proteína de calidad del 70% aproximadamente, tambíen algunos sabores se diferencia de una u otra.

Hola, este producto podrás sustituir lo que el contiene, osea una fuente de proteínas, si lo que quieres es sustituir una comida completa en ese caso seria incompleto ya que una comida debiera contener hidratos de carbono proteína y ácidos grasos, por lo que un producto para estar dentro de esa categoría debiera contener los tres macro-nutrientes.
