Buenos días. Quería comprar esta proteína, pero me gustaría mejorarla ya que tiene el aminograma bajo.. Podría añadir en cada batido dosis extra diaria repartido en dos tomas: glutamina hasta llegar a 20g, bcaa 8:1:1- 10g, Arginina 6g y creatina 10g? Cuál es vuestra recomendación?? Un saludo y gracias.

hola raul esta proteina esta enfocada al igual que todas las proteinas para una mejor recuperacion muscular despues del entrenamiento lo que me indicas que quieres tomar seria buena idea ya que a mas suplementacion mejor rendimiento y te recomiendo la creatina y arginina como pre entreno los bcaas con glutamina intra entreno y la proteina post entreno,gracias y un saludo

hola emilio a tu pregunta habitualmente las proteinas que son concentrado de suero llevan un porcentaje bastante alto de hidratos y azucares si realmente quieres una proteina de alto valor biologico sin casi hidratos ni azucares te recomiendo que eligas un isolate zero gracias y un saludo

Hola, entreno 5 días a la semana y no voy a poder comer sólido en 4 meses porque me han quitado todos los dientes de la boca para ponerme implantes. Puedo tomar 3 o 4 batidos diarios mezclados con harina de arroz o avena? Cuál sería mejor una Whey o una isolada. Gracias

el aminograma de esta proteína marca el tanto % por cantidad de proteína por dosis o de 100 gramos de producto?? Habría alguna opción de poder ver los valores en gramos directamente??

Hola si se fija más abajo de la descripción le aparece la etiqueta original tiene los datos por dosis y por 100gr. El aminograma que viene es por 100gr simplemente una regla de 3 y los puede saber. Un saludo
