Hola Ivan, esta o cualquier otra de Scitec son muy buenas opciones. Dependiendo de tu objetivo te irá mejor una Whay o una Isolate como esta. Si tu objetivo es ganar volumen puedes considerar las Whey de la misma marca. Si lo que buscas es bajar de peso, la que has seleccionado ya te va bien. La mayoría de las proteínas q e probado el polvo es más consistente y esta proteina parece leche en polvo demasiado fino, me pueden explicar porque? No parece de muy buena calidad, gracias

Hola Roberto, la textura va en función del tipo de filtrado, edulcorantes que lleven, ingredientes para darle sabor Etc.. lo mas optimo es una proteína con una textura algo esponjosa, es indicativo de calidad. Un saludo!

en la caja viene el medidor ,25gr que seria un cazo entero ? es q pone 1/2 1/4 1/6 nada de gramos...gracias

Hola! En la etiqueta original pone serving size 25gr 2/3 scoop. Imagino que el cazo sera algo mas de 30gr y por eso te marca que te eches como dos tercios del cazo. Un saludo!

Hola, yo estoy perdiendo peso.Llevo 25kg perdidos. Aún me sobran algunos kilos y bastante grasa. Suelo entrenar en el gym a primera hora con un café. Esto me beneficiaría en algo o mejor la creatina? me gustaría probar algún suplemento para ganar musculo y perder grasa.

Buenos dias , lo ideal es seguir bajando de peso y luego ganar masa muscular, irte al gym solo con un cafe es muy poco acertado, meteria un batido con un poco de avena y te lo tomas,tenemos un chat en directo para poder ayudarte mejor. gracias un saludo
