The branched chain amino acids (BCAA) are essential from two points of view:
In addition, the leucine directly stimulates the protein synthesis of muscles!
In the human organism the amino acid of greatest concentration is the glutamine. The importance of the glutamine is deduced from the fact that 60% of the free amino acids of muscles can be made from this amino acid. During a stress state (as for example during and after the training) the organism is no longer able to satisfy the demand of glutamine, considerably higher. In this state the glutamine becomes a conditionally essential amino acid.
With the muscular tissue, the digestive system and the immunological system also need great amounts of glutamine. The advantages that can be expected from the supplementation of glutamine are: release of growth hormone, increase of the cellular volume, increase of the glycogen synthesis, diminution of the fatigue, reinforcement of the immunological system, improves the health of the liver and the intestine.
With the supplementation of the glutamine, the glutamine level can always be maintained optimal, to maximize the cellular volume, and, consequently, with each training a greater and stronger muscles can be builded.
G-BCAA is simultaneously anabolic (because it intensifies the synthesis of the protein and the release of anabolic hormones), and anti-catabolic (because it diminishes the catabolism of muscles and supplies energy to the cells).
Directions: Take 1 to 4 times 3 capsules a day. Most important, before and after the training and before sleeping.
