Hola, Me estoy documentando en este mundillo y se dice que el mejor origen de los aminoacidos es kyowa o ajinomoto, estos que estoy gastando Amino 5600 de Scitec Nutrition pone que son de origen proteina del suero de leche, ¿son de la misma calidad o seria preferible el otro origen?. Hola muy buenas, Mi pregunta es la siguiente, tomo los aminoacidos en comprimidos ya que me es mas practico y los puedo llevar conmigo, me tomo siempre 4 comprimidos esenciales al desyuno, 4 comprimidos bcaa antes de entrenar y otros 4 esenciales al acabar y 4 esnciales antes de irme a la cama. la toma del preentreno y la de despues y de irme a la cama son con el estomago vacio, ¿a la larga tomarlo en comprimidos podria dañarme el estomago?. ¿Y abria que descansar o hacer ciclos de aminoacidos o se pueden tomar de continuo? Hola Fernando. no tienes de que preocuparte. no habría problema ya que los comprimidos están hechos para descomponerse cuando llegan al estomago. A no ser que te de malestar intestinal por algún motivo, puedes tomarlo sin problema. Un saludo.
