Quamtrax BCAA 4 is a supplement of branched amino acids formulated specifically for the athletes of high competition. It contains the precise doses of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine to foment the growth and to accelerate the regeneration of muscular tissues.

The BCAAs is a mixture of three branched amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine) with great versatility. It is difficult to find a supplement with great anabolic capacity to regenerate the muscle after the effort and to create new muscular mass, that can also be used as enegy source during long efforts, to diminish the fatigue and to increas the mental endurance.

BCAA 4 in addition it contributes great amounts of L-glutamine considered as an amino acid with exceptional anabolic and anticatabolic characteristics. L-Taurine that works as muscular volumizing and participates in many metabolic processes. Magnesium that participate in the protein synthesis and the energetic metabolism and vitamin B6 that is essential in the protein metabolization.

How to take Quamtrax BCAA 4?

As a dietary supplement , take 5 gr. (1 scoop) before and 5 gr. (1 scoop) after the exercise.

I usually buy the MM brand ones that have glutamine but they were out. These are not bad but they are more expensive

Hola Dani, el catabolismo empieza justo después de que termine el entrenamiento, por lo tanto lo suyo es tomarlos antes (o durante) y después. Saludos.

Hola, se recomienda tomar antes y después del entreno. Me gustaría saber si sería correcto tomarlo solo después al combinarlo con NO xplode 3.0. Gracias

hola jose antonio, ya que estas tomando no xplode, seria ideal que mezclases bcaa 4 junto a el antes de tu entreno, asi tendrias un preentreno muy completo.
