Si tomas proteína aparte, yo recomendaría tomarla antes y durante el entrenamiento. Para el producto BCAA 4:1:1 + L-Glutamina - 180 Tabletas, la dosis recomendada es de 3 tabletas antes y 3 tabletas después del entrenamiento. Espero que esta información te sea útil.
