La mezcla Fito men no aparece en mi bote compre el de 90 cápsulas en la tabla nutricional no viene todos esos ingredientes provenientes de polvo de frutas etc...viene mucho menos cargada de ingredientes

Hola buenas tardes,,,se recomienda tomar 3 cápsulas al dia, o simplemente 1 ya es suficiente,,y se puede combinar con cualquiera suplementos,,cual seria idenos para aprovechar sus componentes para sacarle partido, GRACIAS.

hola david, opti men es suplemento multivitaminico que contiene los ingredientes mas óptimos para el sexo masculino, entre ellos el zinc, lo puedes combinar con cualquier otro suplemento ya que opti men es un metabolizador de los macronutrientes, me gustaría combinarlo con tribulus o un suplemento a base de maca.

Hola , he leído en internet que este producto tenía algún componente que podría aumentar los niveles de estrógenos pudiendo provocar ginecomastia , me suena a burrada la verdad . Pero quería saber la opinión de un profesional. Gracias
