The complex of amino acids Olimp BCAA Xplode is enriched with B6 vitamin. Its composition of high quality contains branched chain amino acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine) in proportion 2:1: 1, enriched with L-Glutamine and B6 vitamin. Olimp BCAA Xplode is specifically designed for active and sport people.
Directions: As dietary supplement, take 1-2 portions a day-before the food, before the training, after the training or before sleeping. Add 1 portion (10 g. of powder) to 200 ml of water. Consume immediately after the preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The nutritional supplements do not have to be used as substitute of a variable and balanced diet. Buenos días,puedes usar un dosificador unos 30 minutos antes de entrenar y otro dosificador justo después del ejercicio.
