Directions: As nutritional complement, consume 1 serving (3 capsules) 3 times a day, with abundant water, before and after the training and before lying down. Keep it outside the reach of children.

Good recovery and good improvement in body composition offered by this product, as long as diet and training are at the corresponding level for it. Very comfortable capsule format, very easy to swallow and adaptable depending on your needs.

The quality of the product is very good, but the idea is poorly put into practice due to the cumbersome intake of capsules that must be carried out. Unless you require the format for travel reasons or ease of transport, I would opt for its powder version.
