Hola la proteína principalmente post entreno 1 cazo y medio con 300 ml de agua, y haría otra toma a lo largo del día como parte de su alimentación, yo también a veces la combino con yogur o queso batido fresco y esta bueno. La creatina como esta proteína contiene un poco, metería en un batido una dosis extra de 5gr normalmente es un Cazo. Un saludo
