    hola francisco la amilopectina comunmente se usa como bebida intra entreno y no hace la funcion de cualquier gainer ya que el ganador de peso que lleva hidratos te puede suplir alguna comida tambien por el porcentaje de proteina que lleve y a diferencia de la amilopectina solo lleva un hidrato de asimilacion rapida para que te de energia para entrenar y si se puede combinar los 2 ala vez,gracias y un saludo

    Puedo mezclar waxymaize de mmsuplement con creamap en polvo ya que según la información de los gfs no se pueden mezclar con ninguna proteína y no sé si la amilopectina contiene algo de proteina

    Hola buenos días! Puedes combinarlo perfectamente, la amilopectina es un carbohidrato de rápida absorción que provocara un pico de insulina que será muy útil para optimizar la absorción de esos aminoácidos y la creatina. UN saludo!

    Hola, actualmente en la semana voy tres dias al gimansio y dos salgo a correr unos 10km , estoy tomando creatina monohidrato y me gustaria saber si la amilopectina me vedría bien en etapas de volumen, si cogería mucho peso o solo es conveniente tomarlo en etapas de definicion y si podria combinarla con la creatina. un saludo

    Hola buenos días. La amilopectina es un suplemento que le va a ayudar a recuperar sus depósitos de glucógeno muscular además de favorecer a la recuperación al ser un carbohidrato de asimilación rápida. Se trata de un suplemento muy recomendable para etapas de volumen y una combinación ideal es como bien comentas con la creatina. Consuma 5 gramos de creatina junto con 30 gr de amilopectina durante el entrenamiento y post entreno repetimos la toma de 5 gramos de creatina con 30 gr de amilopectina y la combinamos con una proteína.
