How is Micellar Casein taken?

• Mix 30 g (1 scoop) of Micellar Casein (Micellar Casein) with 250 ml of water or skimmed milk.
• Shake or mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
• Consume once or twice a day, preferably at breakfast and after training.
