    Cuántos viales diarios sería la dosis recomendada? Si por ejemplo entreno por la mañana y por la tarde. Podría tomar un vial antes de los dos entrenamientos diarios? O estaría superándo la dosis máxima? Gracias de antemano.

    Hola Mayte, el máximo partido, a cualquier suplemento deportivo, se consigue llevando la alimentación adecuada durante el tiempo adecuado, sin tras pies o altibajos, entrenando duro, y haciendo cardio. Al igual que un corredor de fondo le puede sacar partido a las mejores zapatillas que haya en el mercado, o Fernando Alonso le puede sacar partido al mejor F1 posible. Entrenando duro y manteniéndose enfocado en sus objetivos, si no para nada les serviría el mejor coche o las mejores zapatillas. Dieta + Entreno + Cardio + Suplementos = Éxito cumpliendo nuestros mejores objetivos. Toma 1 ampolla 30 minutos antes de entrenar, y si cumples con todo lo demás merecerá la pena que en un par de semanas sigas con la L - carnitina y añadas un termogénico.
