      Hola Voy a empezar a tomar l-carnitina acetil y tartrato. Cual sería la mejor forma para tomar ambas? No sé si será correcto tomar 3 cápsulas antes del entrenamiento el acetil y 3 cápsulas de tartrato después del entrenamiento. Gracias

      Buenos días,la dosis recomendada es tres cápsulas al día,puedes tomarla antes del entrenamiento,unos 30 minutos antes es suficiente.
