      Hola Roberto, para eso está pensado al llevar electrolitos. Puedes tomar 10g antes, durante o después del entrenamiento. Si lo tomas durante o después habría que mezclarlo con carbohidratos como amilopectina o ciclo-dextrina para reponer el glucógeno. Saludos
