hola sergio la beta alanina es el componente de cualquier pre entreno y es mas recomendable tomarlo antes de la actividad fisica en el caso de no realizar ejercicio fisico normalmente no se usa y si tu caso es de los que entrenas todos los dias no hay estipulado un tiempo maximo para tomar este aminoacido,gracias y un saludo
