    Whey 80 Professional from IO.Genix Nutrition is a tasty food preparation created based on the LACTOMIN® patent whey protein concentrate that provides high digestibility and a perfect texture. It has been made gluten-free (with the exception of the Black Cookies flavor), and has been enriched with vitamin B6 and the Digezyme® enzyme complex. Its delicious flavor has been achieved with a low sugar content and with a sweetener. It also has a very low level of sugars.

    Buenos días, veo que la dosis diaria recomendada es una toma. Que diferencia hay entre esta proteína y otras que son dos tomas? Seria recomendable dos tomas diarias? Actualmente estoy tomando Monster beef de amix con buenos resultados, me recomendáis esta proteína o hay alguna similar en aminograma a Monster beef ? Un saludo y gracias

    Hola Raúl, la Whey80 es un concentrado de suero con un 80% de proteína y Monster Beef es un hidrolizado de proteína de ternera con creatina y precursores del óxido nítrico, la segunda es superior a la primera por lo completa que es y por llevar más proteína, si te está yendo bien sigue con ella. Las tomas del suplemento de proteína dependerán de tu objetivo y de la proteína que ingieras con las comidas, se adaptan a cada persona. Saludos
