Dices que es un balance de 50% carbo y 50% proteina. Si lees la etiqueta pone 86gr de proteina y 3,7gr de carbo por cada 100gr. Dónde está el balance 50-50?

Hola, hay un cliente que dice que esta proteina viene mezclada con un porcentaje de harina. Puede ser?. Porque tiene toda la pinta. La textura, y al mezclarlo con liquido, se espesa a tal punto, que en el mezclador, arriba crea como un tapon der espuma espesa. Las primeras remesas de botes parecian de mas calidad. Ahora parece que la calidad sea otra.

Esto puede ser la razón por la que al mezclarlo con líquido se espesa y crea una espuma espesa. voy a empezar a tomar este producto, anteriormente consumía un batido de proteina, tambien 5 gramos de Creatina y otros 5 Gramos de glutamina díarios. Con este producto, debería dejar de consumir la Creatina (ya que viene en el mismo producto) o puedo seguir tomando la dosis que solía tomar?

Hola Fermin, como experto en nutrición te recomiendo que tomes como mínimo 4 gramos de Protein Power - 4000g por cada 10 kilos de peso. Esto significa que puedes reducir la dosis de creatina que tomabas antes, pero no dejarla por completo. Espero que esta información te sea útil.

Hola intente a probar echando más agua para que se diluya mejor, pero al ser una mezcla de proteína a veces segun marcas pasa, por la caseina. Un saludo
