    Big Micellar Casein

    Micellar Casein by Big is a food supplement made from micellar casein, whey concentrate and Solmiko® by Glanbia Nutritionals. Its flavor has been achieved using Splenda® sucralose and steviol. It has been obtained through filtration processes that do not involve chemical substances.

    Casein is a valuable milk protein that contributes to the diet with phosphorus, calcium, zinc, iron and copper. In this case, you will get 85 to 92% of the bioactive peptides, with very low levels of lactose or fatty components.

    The micelles that are part of casein are slow to digest. Therefore the amino acids are released in a period of about 7 hours, which contributes to the synthesis of proteins, and reduces the possibility of catabolism.

    Hola Fátima, también lo puedes tomar después de ir al gym pero como es de digestión lenta ten en cuenta que se te puede solapar con la siguiente comida y no aprovecharla por completo, por eso es más adecuado el suero de leche porque la absorción es más rápida. Saludos

    Se puede consumir en cualquier momento del día para aumentar la ingesta proteica, aún así el mejor momento para su consumo es antes de acostarse, debido a su paulatina absorción. Espero haberte servido de ayuda.

    Hola Beatriz, si en tu cena hay una ingesta proteína lo ideal es que dejes al menos 2 horas para asimilarla y después tomar la caseína para seguir asimilando aminoácidos. Saludos

    La caseina de conguitos negro y conguitos blanco, tienen la misma base y solo cambia que en una encuentras trozitos blancos y en la otra negros...o tienen base diferente?
