Estoy tomando animal test por las mañanas pq se lo leí a Raúl Carrasco,y siempre había tomado el Na-r-Ala al levantarme , cuando creéis que es mejor tomarlo ? Antes de acostarme ?

Quiero empezar a tomar NA R ALA de la marca amix pero antes me gustaría que pudierais orientarme para saber cómo debo tomarlo y con con qué suplementación va bien combinar.
Estoy en atapa de definición y actualmente estoy tomando por la mañana en ayunas picolinato de cromo con b12 y por la noche tomo magnesio, htp5 y ashwagandha y una cápsula de resveratrol.
El resveratrol es mejor en ayunas, con una comida a cualquier hora o mejor por la noche?
mi idea es ir alternando el resveratrol y el NA R ALA, ( PRIMERO UN BOTE Y LUEGO OTRO)
Con qué suplementos no es bueno mezclar el NA R ALA? Y cómo puedo tomarlo en emi etapa de definición? Según un video que vi de Carrasco decía que él, a las chicas les hace tomar una pastillas antes del entreno ( cúanto tiempo antes?) antes del entreno estoy tomando L-carnitina y un pre entreno.
Cuántas pastillas y cómo puedo tomar este producto?

Hola Jenny este enlace te va a ayudar a responder a tus preguntas referentes al r ala. Con respecto a resveratrol no tengo constancia que tenga mejor o peor efecto tomándolo en algún momento del día. Puedes seguir tomándolo igual.
Referente al pre entreno todo depende de cual sea y la concentración que tenga, bajo mi punto de vista lo más adecuado es seguir las instrucciones del fabricante de ese producto en cuestión. En la etiqueta te pondrá cuantas pastillas debes tomar antes del entreno.

Por favor tengo una duda, porqué este producto tiene una concentración tan baja de 100mg por dos cápsulas? la mayoría de suplementos de R-ala llegan hasta 500mg - 600mg como el caso del R- ala de la marca now foods.
Os agradecería la explicación, de esta concentración a baja dosis y si es mejor comprar las de mayor concentración.

hola sofia atu duda te aclaro brevemente la composicion de los ingredientes con los que trabaja amix son de excelente calidad y pureza por lo tanto mientras otras marcas lo elevan a dosis altas o concentrados de 1g o mas cuando realmente es posible que no lleve ni 250mg cuando pone 600g,con amix puedes estar tranquila y confiar ya que es una marca muy consolidada y pone lo que realmente lleva cada comprimido,y de alta calidad sin tener necesidad de poner dosis tan altas solo las justas para un buen entorno anabolico,gracias
